 We're sure you've all seen the ads for the $399 Dell computer, right? Of course you have, they are everywhere! Well, let us simply say YOU DO NOT WANT THIS COMPUTER!!! If you call Dell, they will do everything they can to sell you anything but this computer. They have no interest in actually selling this computer to anyone; it is a marketing ploy to get you to call, so they can sell you a better, faster, and most importantly, more expensive computer.
This ploy by Dell resembles a Bait and Switch scam. They will sell you this computer if you are persistent, but they will do their best to convince you to do otherwise.
The components inside this computer have the technology equivalent to a decent computer in 2003.
